ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
Cancellations or changes may only be made if the order processing has not been completed (invoice emailed to you). Should you decide to change or cancel your order and you are eligible to do so, a minimum 10% charge will be applied for the cancellation/modification. It is highly advised to know exactly what you want before you place an order.
RETURN POLICY
All returns are subject to a maximum 25% restocking fee*. For all returns please contact us via the contact form. We will do our best to ensure the return process goes smoothly. Product refund eligibility is as follows
*Fee applied will be based on product purchased and cost to process order, in most cases we reduce the 25% fee. (Minimum $10.00)
- Within 20 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
Refunds will be given on product only and excludes shipping or any other charges applied when the purchase was made*. All product must be returned in the original package (or equivalent), cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. Please try to include all manuals and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid. Special order product cannot be returned unless mentioned otherwise at the time of sale. Should the buyer change their mind and the product purchased goes unclaimed or is deemed undeliverable and is returned to HeadStrong Off-Road, the return shipping cost will also be subtracted from the refund total. Once an order has been processed within our system cancellations and changes to orders may not be able to occur. We keep most products in-house but some products do get dropped shipped therefore once the transaction has been processed it may not be able to be stopped. If you want to cancel an order or make changes to an order please contact us immediately after the order is placed and prior to it being processed. We will do what we can to make the corrections however if we are not able to stop the order or make the desired corrections this will be treated as a return should you no longer want/need the product you have ordered.
*Our website is designed to include free shipping on all of our items. The cost for shipping to the purchaser is covered by HeadStrong Off-Road; however, if the item is returned the initial shipping cost and transaction fees included at the time of purchase, in addition to the restocking fee, will be subtracted from the original total.
All unclaimed parcels or shipments marked as return to sender will be considered a return and will be subject to the fees listed above.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All brands excluding HS:
Non HS branded products sold by Headstrong Off-Road may carry a warranty covered by the product manufacturer, before placing an order we recommend reviewing the product(s) warranty. All warranty related claims of non HS branded products shall be handled directly with the manufacturer; HeadStrong Off-Road assumes no responsibility for defective and or faulty product. All shipping or other costs associated with the removal or return of defective and or faulty product are the purchaser’s responsibility and will not be covered by HeadStrong Off-Road.
HS product warranty:
All HS products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty for manufacturers defects which commences on the purchase date of the product(s). All warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable. HeadStrong Off-Road warrants that it will repair or replace any eligible product providing the product has been used under normal operating conditions. Product not used as intended or used in a way that promotes excessive wear and tear (i.e. for racing) will not be covered under warranty. For all warranty claims submitted the product must prove to be defective or faulty and will in some cases require inspection by HeadStrong Off-Road. Warranty does not cover any labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects, removal or reinstallation of a product, nor does it cover any other consequential expenses.

Warranty information specific to HS springs/coils:
Normal wear and tear can contribute to leaf spring/coil sag and will not be covered under warranty; however, any spring/coil sag that occurs within 18 months from date of purchase and is deemed excessive is covered under warranty. Covered product(s) will require evidence of excessive loss and in most cases an inspection performed by HeadStrong Off-Road in which case HS is not responsible for the removal and return shipment or the cost associated with both.
Warranty on Bilstein/OME Coil kits:
We realize there may be some concern over warranty coverage when pairing brands, in order to mitigate this concern HeadStrong Off-Road agrees to handle all warranty related claims pertaining to the OME coils when installed on the Bilstein 5100 struts*. All warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the original warranty set forth by the manufacturer, ARB (Air Locker Inc.). For detailed information on coverage visit http://www.arbusa.com
* HeadStrong Off-Road must have completed the strut/coil assembly to ensure proper installation. Coils are not covered if they are assembled by an outside source or assembled on the 5100 beyond our recommended setting.

Should the product be delivered to the wrong address as a result of the wrong address being provided or not verified, both the cost for the return and reshipment of product is the responsibility of the buyer. Unless indicated as FREE, shipping and handling costs are based on USPS/UPS/FEDEX rates for your region and are determined by weight and box sizes. Shipping costs are NOT a flat rate. When ordering directly through our website, our system is currently designed to ship to the lower 48 states (U.S.) only. Should you need an item shipped outside the lower 48, please e-mail us for pricing. Insurance of product is not included and if you would like to have your product insured please contact us prior to ordering.
If the customer works directly with the carrier to redirect the shipment or place the shipment on hold, the customer assumes responsibility for the delivery understanding its original transit, processed by the seller, was interrupted. With the original transit interrupted issues such as delays or lost packages can occur. Should an issue occur following the modification of a shipment made by the customer, it is the customers responsibility, not HeadStrong's, to work directly with the carrier for resolution.
