What to expect when ordering from HeadStrong Off-Road...
After your item(s) have been added to the cart, you will proceed to checkout where tax and shipping will be calculated. You will then be redirected to our secure payment processing system via PayPal. Once your order has been placed you will be contacted via e-mail or phone within 1 business day with the anticipated arrival date of your order. If for any reason the shipping is not included in the price (nearly all items include free shipping), you will receive an additional Payment request for the total shipping cost as indicated in the product description.
NOTE: To prevent product from being stolen, we require that most items be signed for upon delivery. Please contact us if this requirement poses an issue.
Items in stock will usually be shipped within 2-7 business days depending on your order. Orders are shipped out via the United States Postal Service, UPS and or FedEx. All tracking/shipping information will be forwarded to you once the packages are shipped out. Tracking information is typically provided on your invoice unless specified otherwise.
We are also unable to re-route shipments, so please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
