HS 1/2" Top Plate Spacers - TT05512-TPS
Our 1/2" strut spacers can be used to gain additional lift without preloading the coils. These spacers are anodized black and are made of 6061 T-6 aluminum and are designed to be used with the existing Toyota Factory Mounts*.
*NOTE: You will have to disassemble the factory coilover unit in order to remove and replace the studs. If studs are used with aftermarket mounts or if the holes in the factory mounts are worn or enlarged the studs provided can rotate preventing them from being torqued. We have no control over this and assume no responsibility should this happen. Please be aware of this before purchasing. Should you run into an issue of stud rotation a simple tack weld bonding the studs to the mount serves as a quick fix.
Lift gained by these spacers is approximately 1". These spacers require the use of longer studs which are included when buying the kit. Studs do include locking nuts. Spacers can also be purchased individually if needed, in which case they do not come with studs and those would have to be purchased separately. Select from the drop down below.
These spacers go on top of the strut mount and do NOT change the quality of ride. The lift is achieved simply by positioning the strut assembly down 1/2", which translates to approximately 1" of lift (1/2" spacing is accentuated down to the LCAs and out to the wheels thus resulting in approximately 1" lift).
